Consumer court

The consumer court is a special type of court that is been set up by for the people to register the case against any organization or company who cheats them of their rights. A person can file a complaint at this court if he or she is refused of his or her basic rights that come under the laws of the country. The courts are present at national, state and district levels. There are number of cases register each day in these courts and special judges are appointed to look into the cases and solve as early as possible and bring justice to the people.

Automobile is one such category under which the files are registered. Number of people buys automobiles daily and number of cases does turn up daily. The general cases in these categories are that a client has booked an automobile under his or her name and have paid the required amount but have not received them on time.
